There’s a really cool article at Law.com detailing what we might see in the upcoming revision to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Sounds like good stuff here, its been what, 7 years or so since the last major update?

I worked at Akin Gump when it rolled out. It seems like a world away. I would be very disappointed in myself if I didn’t have a window by now.
