Authored by iCONECT President and Co-founder Ian Campbell, in conjunction with Atlanta-based Paragon Legal Technology Support (a member of iCONECT’s worldwide network of hosting partners), the case study profiles two consecutive projects with similar issues, utilizing the same reviewers, dataset and custodians.

Paragon took this unique opportunity to determine whether the relevance of data managed by the review teams could be increased from Project A to Project B, as well as whether overall review speed could be improved. By utilizing XERA Advanced Analytics (powered by CAAT® from Content Analyst Company), Paragon saw a 100% increase in productivity by creating intelligent batches using conceptual cluster analytics and near-duplicate functionality.
